MUSIC MINISTRY
MILACA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH CHOIR

Do you like to sing and have fun? We sing from September through May, unless there is a special request or special Sunday Worship.
We practice each Sunday from 10:45 a.m. - 11:30A.M. This year all practices will be held on Sunday's after church. If we are practicing for Christmas, Easter or a special concert we will have a lunch break together and practice on additional music or drama after our break.
Each year we present two concerts - Christmas and Spring. The Christmas Program contains drama parts while the spring program consists of just music. We also present these same two programs at the Milaca Elim Home as part of our music ministry. On many of our songs we use a CD accompaniment but we also have a drums, guitar, piano, trumpet, keyboard, clarinet, flute, bongos, saxophones and bass guitar that we use for many of our songs.
Can’t read music? No problem, we have CDs of the songs we are practicing so you can become familiar with the songs. Members are more than willing to help someone who’d like to learn to read music.
